This digital workshop is aimed at teaching children about several key parts of the brain, the role of emotions in brain functioning, and practical ideas to calm down during stressful situations and practice mindfulness.

    Mindfulness is one of the methods that definitely changed my entire life. A way to teach it to my loved ones would be amazing without doubt.
