Replenish 365 with Lisa Grace Byrne

A few months ago I shared an exciting new parenting book Replenish by Lisa Grace Byrne of WellGrounded Life.  I have been a faithful follower of Lisa for years – reading her blog as well as taking numerous courses.

If you are not familiar with WellGrounded Life, it is an online resource and community that Lisa has created to offer wisdom for physical health and emotional wellbeing in a way that is designed specifically for busy moms.  Her courses are created to be flexible enough to fit into small chunks of a busy schedule and are made to be accessible from anywhere you have an internet connection.  (She is the mother of three young children herself, so her courses are designed to suit the busy lifestyle!)

One thing I love about Lisa’s courses are the videos.  I love reading, but sometimes I’m so tired I just want to sit back and watch a video.  I love watching and re-watching Lisa’s videos so I can really soak in the wisdom and information she offers.

The purpose of Lisa’s work is to help moms go through life with a full tank, feeling well-cared for and replenished — instead of constantly running on empty.   She has given the metaphor of a woman being a car with her energy like the gas.  Is she taking care of herself and keeping a full tank of gas so she can make it through the day/week, or does she keep running on nearly empty and just fill up enough to survive one more outing?  Is she scrambling around to find enough gas to keep going, or does she feel full enough to meet life with joy and intention?

What might this mean in real life, exactly?  You may get some ideas by reflecting on the following questions:

  • How would feeling replenished change the way you parent?
  • How would being replenished change the way you did the work of your days?
  • How would regularly replenishing yourself change the way you experience your relationships — your spouse, your children, your friends… your self?

Lisa just opened the doors to her year-long process, Replenish 365, where she is going to guide a group of mothers through her 5 core courses:

  • The Stress Cure
  • Designed for Wellness
  • Cleanse Your Life
  • Harmonize Your Hormones
  • Teach Your Life to be Extraordinary

In addition to the core courses (which include lifetime access, so you can participate every time they are offered) — participants will also be supported through monthly themes and Soul Care videos, monthly live Q&A group coaching calls and access to a private Replenish 365 Facebook group where they can ask questions, share resources and connect with like-minded mothers.

I signed up for Replenish 365 and wanted to share this lovely resource with my readers, as well, because I have found it of incredible value in my own life.   Let me know if you do sign up, so we can go through the courses together!  Lisa’s Facebook groups are truly a support network and I have found many virtual friends through them. Check out all the Replenish 365 details here.

P.S. If you are not able to spend money at this time or want to see more of what Lisa’s work is all about, Lisa also offers a range of free materials, too.  Check out her current offerings here.
